The founder of Scribner Investment Companies, and directly affiliated with the Keith R Scribner Trust and Scribner Family Trust, Keith Scribner and his wife Leilani Scribner have been active in Washington State's real estate industry for over 30 years. Although primarily involved in investing in commercial property, the Scribner's portfolio includes office buildings, apartment buildings, retail centers, and restaurants. In addition to overseeing their investment portfolio, Keith and Leilani Scribner engage in philanthropic activities as well. He and his wife support numerous local organizations. An area Lutheran church benefited from their donation of $80,000 to purchase new property that allowed its expansion. Local historic sites have also benefited as their charity, as they have made contributions toward the restoration and preservation of both the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox and the Davenport Hotel through the Friends of the Davenport organization. Active in politics, Keith Scribner hosted a successful fundraiser for Commissioner Mark Richards at the Spokane Club that enabled him to win his 2008 election. Other groups that have received contributions from him and his wife include Wounded Warriors, United Way, the Wishing Star Foundation, and Catholic Charities to name a few.
